Best fpl forwards - Top 5 players with most points in the 2025-26 campaign so far
Jarrod Bowen (West Ham, 46 points)
West Ham are currently 18th in the Premier League right now, and yet Jarrod Bowen has found a way to be in this best FPL forwards list. This is a testament to the exquisite player that he is. Unforgettable, he is right now in an unfortunate situation where the rest of the team have been simply miserable throughout the season. The only positive is that the Hammers are going through a revival under new manager Nuno. However, we'll have to see how long that'll last.
Jean-Philippe Mateta (Crystal Palace, 50 points)
Through the 2025 Summer transfer window, Jean-Philippe Mateta was a name that was linked to Manchester United. In the end, no transfer happened. At least some Manchester United fans would've wished though that the club went for Mateta instead of Benjamin Šeško. The Slovenian striker has just scored 2 goals so far in the Premier League, while Mateta has scored 6 despite playing for a defensive Crystal Palace side.
João Pedro (Chelsea, 59 points)
Although he went through a rough patch of form, João Pedro is recently back to scoring goals again and being Chelsea's leader in attack. The main reason he's third in this FPL best forwards list though was his thunderous start to life at Chelsea that saw him contribute immensely to Chelsea's attack in the first few games. Although he's slowed down a bit since then, Pedro has overall been an excellent buy for the Blues.
Thiago (Brentford, 60 points)
Thiago is the biggest shocker in our best Fantasy Premier League forwards list for the 25-26 campaign so far. Not even his biggest fans would've thought he could end up making such a huge impact for Brentford. There's no doubt at all that Brentford fans deserve a goalscoring hero like him after losing Ivan Toney, Bryan Mbeumo z and Yoane Wissa. Thiago has scored 8 goals in just 11 EPL games, and the fact that he's done this playing for Brentford is nothing less than mindblowing.
Erling Haaland (Manchester City, 102 points)
There are no surprises here, as no other name other than Erling Haaland deserves to be the FPL forward right now considering the way he's scoring goals at the moment. Haaland is in unbelievable form currently, to the extent where he's being termed as a machine by football fans. The Norwegian has 42 more points than 2nd ranked Thiago in Fantasy Premier League, and that one stat shows us that he's levels above the rest with no comparison needed at all. He has scored 14 goals in 11 appearances, which is simply unbelievable.
