Fastest to score 1000 runs in T20 Internationals

Despite the difficulties, there have been a handful of cricketers who have managed to score runs consistently for their teams.

England batsman Dawid Malan has toppled Pakistan's Babar Azam to gotten to be the speediest batsman to score 1000 runs in T20 Internationals (T20Is). Malan touched the breakthrough figure on Saturday during the fifth T20I against India. He accomplished the deed in his 24th inning, bettering Azam's record of 26 innings. Amid the match, Malan played a thump of 68 runs from 46 balls. India captain Virat Kohli, who scored 80 off 52 earlier in the match, is third fastest, ahead of Australia captain Aaron Finch and India opener KL Rahul -- both on 29.

Previous quickest for England were Kevin Pietersen and Alex Hales, with both reaching in 32 innings each.

Malan finally got out for 68 off 46.
