Al Ahly is a Cairo-based Egyptian professional sports club. It is the most successful club in world football in terms of titles won. The Egyptian Premier League, the top division of the Egyptian football league system, hosts its professional football club. Al Ahly is Egypt's most decorated club, having won 42 national league titles, 37 national cup trophies, and 11 national super cup titles.

2. Rangers – 116 trophies

Rangers is the world's second-most successful club in terms of trophies won, after only Al Ahly of Egypt. The club has won the Scottish League championship 55 times, a joint world record for a domestic league, the Scottish Cup 33 times, the Scottish League Cup a record 27 times, and the domestic treble seven times, a global record shared with Celtic. In 1972, Rangers won the European Cup Winners' Cup.

3. Club Nacional – 114 trophies

Nacional de Uruguay has won 22 FIFA and CONMEBOL-recognized trophies, including three Copa Libertadores. With 553 points, Nacional is the all-time leader in this competition. In addition, Nacional has won all three Copa Intercontinental tournaments in which it has played, making it the second three-time global champion in 1988.

Porto has won seven trophies in international tournaments, making it the most decorated Portuguese team. In 1987 and 2004, they won the European Cup/UEFA Champions League, UEFA Cup/Europa League in 2003 and 2011, UEFA Super Cup in 1987, and Intercontinental Cup in 1987 and 2004.
