West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo showed some amazing bowling performances in IPL history. He joined the IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in 2011 from Mumbai Indians (MI) and has been part of their four IPL titles successes. Appearing in a total of 161 IPL matches, the right-arm pacer bagged a total of 183 wickets in his name. He was also the purple cap winner in the IPL seasons 2013 and 2015.

Indian leg-spinner Piyush Chawla played the IPL till 2024 while he was unsold in the mega auctions for the IPL 2025. He is the second leading wicket-taker in IPL history, at least till the end of the IPL 2024, as the leggie collected 192 wickets in 192 IPL matches. While Kolkata Knight Riders won their second IPL trophy in the 2014 edition, Chawla had an important role for the KKR.

Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal holds the record for the most IPL wickets with 205 wickets. During the IPL 2024, the leggie created history by becoming the first bowler in IPL history to complete 200 wickets.
