The last event that we will talk about when it comes to WrestleMania weekend is the amazing show of NXT Takeover Stand and Deliver. It was held hours before WrestleMania 38 and it set the standard for WrestleMania to follow. There were 7 matches on the card and it was a great card and all the wrestlers were pumped to perform in front of the biggest NXT audience in over 2 years. It was a strong 5000+ crowd who were great and were cheering on the whole time and made for a great atmosphere.
All the matches were different from each other and that’s the beauty of NXT is that all the matches are great ring wise but they are all different and thus the fans can appreciate each one of them. This was a huge opportunity for all the NXT 2.0 stars to show that they are the real deal and they did just that This was undoubtedly the best NXT 2.0 show so let’s look at some of the the results in Part-1
Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai vs Toxic Attraction- NXT Women’s tag team titles
This was the kickoff match of the show and generally we don’t do kickoff matches for shows but this match was an important one as the titles changed hands In this match and the fact that it was one of the better kickoff show matches in recent times. Raquel and Kai came out first and they looked confident as they had done this Before as well and Takeover was not a new stage for them but their opponents Toxic Attraction were nervous as this was the biggest stage that both of these ladies performed on. The match was quick paced and all the four women got the chance to shine on this grand stage and the brought out their best and for 8 minutes they tore the house down and in the end it was Raquel and Kai that won the tag titles for the second time and hopefully they have a longer reign this time.

NXT North American Championship Ladder Match
This is the match that kicked off the show proper and what an absolute banger this was. It was an opportunity for all these talented wrestlers to show the world that they are the best and they can shine on the biggest stage and they gave it their all in this match and it was really fun to see this action for close to 22 minutes. The best thing about this match was that all 5 of these incredible wrestlers got their time to shine. Carmelo Hayes, Santos Escobar, Grayson Waller, Solo Sikoa and Cameron Grimes were amazing. They took bumps that were scary but they wanted to make this match the best and then came the elbow grip from the top of the ladder and Grayson Waller took a scary bump and In the end after a hard fought match it was Cameron Grimes who won the title and he will take it To The Moon.
Tony D’ Angelo vs Tomasso Ciampa
This was the last match of Tomasso Ciampa in NXT and there could have been no better opponent than one of the hottest NXT 2.0 Superstars in Tony. He was gaining a lot of star power by being the last match of the great Ciampa and these two had a great match as always and they told a good story as well. It looked like Tomasso Ciampa would be on the winning side In his last match but he did the honorable thing and put the new guy over and Tony won the match and thus came to an end a truly remarkable career and as he was walking the Ramp Triple H came out as a surprise and he hugged Ciampa in an extremely emotional moment for all the black and gold Fans. NXT will miss you dearly Tomasso Ciampa.
