WWE does shows all 52 weeks of the year and every show the try to make feel very important because they want all the fans to watch all the shows so that they get the maximum viewership but the way Triple H has booked the shows next week including both Raw and SmackDown is showing to me that this week’s shows will be much more important than the normal WWE TV shows and thus the interest level for these shows is massive.
In this article we will talk about both SmackDown and Raw individually and why these 2 shows this week can be defining shows for the WWE going forward. To say that these shows are stacked would be an understatement and the WWE superstars know that they will have to bring their A game and the build to the Royal Rumble will also start this week. So, let’s talk about SmackDown and Raw.
WWE SmackDown
The episode of WWE SmackDown that will happen on 30th December from Tampa Florida will be the biggest SmackDown of the year as the fans attending this show will be the lucky ones as they will get to see true greatness. There are a few great and very important matches that have been announced for this show. The first being Sheamus who is on a banger streak will go against Solo Sikoa from The Bloodline and this will be a hard hitting match. We will see Ronda Rousey defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Raquel Rodriguez and this promises to be a very good match but after the match I think Charlotte Flair will come out and confront Ronda Rousey. And then will see the biggest WWE TV match of the year as Sami Zayn and Roman Reigns will take on Kevin Owens and John Cena and this is can’t miss television.

WWE Raw
The WWE Raw show next week will be the perfect start to the new year by WWE and Triple H has booked 2 huge title Matches for this show as firstly we will see Seth Rollins challenge Austin Theory for the United States Championship and I think this will be an incredible wrestling match and I think Cody Rhodes will make his highly anticipated return at the end of this match to confront Seth Rollins. And then we will see Bianca Belair vs Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women’s Championship and this will be a great match but something huge will happen in this match and Bray Wyatt will get involved I think.
