Chinese athlete Feng Bin created history as she became the first Chinese to finish as a Diamond League champion since 2019, while her crown ended American Valarie Sion’s five-year title-winning streak.
Feng Bin recorded four successful throws, while her fourth throw managed the 67.46m distance, her season best throw, secured the memorable crown.
The last five-time champion and last two Summer Olympics gold medalist Valarie Sion had her best throw of the night on her sixth attempt, which reached the 66.92m distance to finish in second place. Dutch Jorinde van Klinken finished in third place after managing a throw of 64.66m.

Who is Feng Bin?
Chinese discus thrower Feng Bin won her first Diamond League title. The World Athletics Championships 2022 winner, the Asian Games 2022 champion, and the Asian Athletics Championships 2025 winner Bin claimed the silver medal in the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics.
