Jones completed her race in 52.45 seconds to set her season-best record and claim the historic trophy. Slovakian Emma Zapletalová (52.68) claimed the second place, while the Americans Anna Cockrell (53.09) and Dalilah Muhammad (53.11) closely secured the third and fourth places, respectively. While Dalilah recorded her season-best record, Jamaican Sanique Walker (53.61) set the fifth-place with her personal-best finish.
