The best performance of her career is without a doubt the Bronze Medal that she won in the London Olympics in 2012 and with this Medal she became the first Indian female badminton player to win a medal in the Olympics. She had to play so many matches and in the Round of 16 and the Quarter Final she won her Matches in 2 sets but in the semi final she lost but she bounced back in the Bronze Medal match and won the Bronze Medal after her opponent got injured. It was the best performance of her career.

2015 World Championship Silver Medal

Then came the year 2015 and Saina Nehwal was at her best and she showed it in the World Championship where she beat Wang Yihan in the Quarter Final in a close 3 set match and then in the semi final she won her match inside 2 sets to reach the final of the World Championship. She lost in the final to Carolina Marin who was the best player in the world at that time and she gave India a silver medal.

It was the home Commonwealth Games in 2010 and Saina Nehwal was the home Favorite and she did not let down the fans one bit as she won every match in the tournament starting with the Round of 16 win where she won in 2 sets and losing just 2 points in the whole match by 21-0 and 21-2. This Gold Medal was one of her best performances because the opponent she beat in the final was in the run of her life and she also was an Indian in PV Sindhu. In the semi final before Saina beat Michelle Li of Canada by 21-17 and 21-8 and it was an all Indian affair in the final. Saina Nehwal got the better of PV Sindhu in 2 sets and both of them were close and she won 21-18 and 23-21 to win her second Commonwealth Games Gold Medal.

2018 Asian Games Bronze Medal

The last performance that we will talk about is the great Bronze Medal that she won at the Asian Games in 2018 and she played very well.
