Melbourne Stars, who were one of the most consistent teams to finish among the top four in the first six BBL seasons, are now the only Big Bash League team that have never won a BBL title yet. Stars are ready for the Big Bash League 2025/26 season (BBL 15), as they are desperate to end their long wait for their first BBL title. The three-time BBL runners-up (2015/16, 2018/19, and 2019/20) finished in fourth position last season, as they were eliminated from the Knockout.
