Pakistan fast-bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi completed his 100 ODI wickets during the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 match against Bangladesh at Eden Gardens (Kolkata). During the first over of the match, Afridi trapped the Bangladesh opener Tanzid Hasan for a five-ball duck.
Although Hasan went for the DRS, he was unlucky as it ended with an umpire’s call. By confirming that wicket, Afridi completed 100 wickets in his ODI career.
