Since the 2-0 loss in the tournament, Les Rouges has proved to be a solid unit defeating Peru 1-0 and then drawing 0-0 against Chile to make their place in the knockouts. Canada now aims to become the second North American team to reach a Copa American final but they have to produce one of the biggest upsets to make it possible. Beating the holders with a 10-match unbeaten run and undefeated in normal time on U.S. soil in a major tournament since 1994 will need something extra special.
