Should you buy Cole Palmer for FPL Gameweek 14?
Cole Palmer made his return to the Chelsea bench against Arsenal after recovering from an injury that kept him out for months. However, he didn't come off the bench and play in the game. With Chelsea playing Leeds in Gameweek 14, we believe Enzo Maresca sees this as the perfect game to bring him back into the starting lineup. From a Fantasy Premier League perspective, our opinion is to avoid buying him for this Gameweek, and only play him if you already own Palmer in your FPL team.
Is Haaland the best FPL captain for this week?
Despite his poor performances in recent games, we still do consider Erling Haaland to be the best FPL captain for this Gameweek. Fulham way is too good of a fixture to avoid captaining him. At the same time, City have been quite inconsistent this season and we can't blame other FPL players if they are to captain someone else. However, we are firm in having Haaland as our FPL team captain.
Should you bring in Manchester United players?
Manchester United were expected to lose by many against Oliver Glasner's Crystal Palace side. However, they surprised everyone and won the game. However, we suggest you to still buy any Manchester United players and utilize those funds elsewhere. Ruben Amorim's side have been notorious this season for winning the difficult fixtures and then losing games in which they are seen as heavy favourites. Thus, United players are a risk from an FPL pov, and don't even be surprised if they lose against West Ham in GW14.
Is Alexander Isak worth the risk?
Alexander Isak began his Premier League account for Liverpool against West Ham. The goal was significant for him, as he was under massive pressure after a poor start and that goal would've surely given him the confidence boost he needed. In fact, Isak could now go on a goalscoring run provided no injury issues occur again. We think it's best if you avoid him for now and see for a few more Gameweek if he's worth paying such a premium price.
Is triple-Chelsea a gamble worth taking?
With Chelsea in fantastic form at the moment and facing a weak Leeds United side in Gameweek 14, there would obviously be a huge temptation by many to triple up on Chelsea players. Since the game is away and the Premier League is always known for giving us shocking results, our personal suggestion is to go for a double up on Chelsea players, preferably in midfield and attack.
