Calum Chambers spent the majority of his Arsenal career before moving to Aston Villa in 2021. The versatile defender made 123 appearances for Arsenal and 35 for Villa, providing experience at both centre-back and full-back. His ability to operate in multiple defensive positions would make him particularly relevant when considering Konsa's potential role.

Canadian goalkeeper Sabrina D'Angelo joined Arsenal in 2023 before moving to Aston Villa the following year. She made 14 appearances for Arsenal and subsequently became an important goalkeeper for Villa, making 45 WSL appearances in total before leaving the club in 2026.

Paul Merson is one of the biggest names to have represented both clubs. A major figure at Arsenal during the 1980s and 1990s, Merson later moved to Aston Villa and made 117 appearances for the club. Across his Villa career, he scored 18 goals and provided 18 assists.

Jenna Nighswonger is one of the newest additions to the group. The United States international joined Arsenal before moving to Aston Villa on loan in 2026. Her spell at Villa followed a short Arsenal stint, making her another player to have represented both sides in the women's game.

Jordan Nobbs spent a long and successful period with Arsenal before joining Aston Villa in 2022. Swiss centre-back Philippe Senderos represented Arsenal for several seasons before joining Aston Villa in 2014. His Villa spell was relatively brief, producing nine appearances, while he made 82 appearances for Arsenal.

Goalkeeper Stuart Taylor came through Arsenal and later played for Aston Villa between 2005 and 2007. He made 23 appearances for Arsenal and 12 for Villa, making him another goalkeeper to feature on both sides of the divide.
