The big match player Christiano Ronaldo does it once again, as he scores a brilliant hat trick and single-handedly takes his side into the Finals. The goal of the day came in the 25th minute of the match when Switzerland gave Portugal a free kick, this was Ronaldo’s territory everyone in the stadium knew something special can unfold. Ronaldo came and hammered the ball into the bottom corner and sent his fans crazy with his trademark celebration.

He then netted two more goals in the last few minutes of the match to send the hosts in the finals of UEFA's newest competition. Ronaldo would be hungry to win the finals on Sunday as this would mark the Golden age of Portuguese football under his leadership. Portugal also became the champions of the Euro cup 2016 under Ronaldo’s captaincy, the Portugal team would be looking to emulate their feat again on Sunday. Portugal will either play England or Netherland in the finals of the Nations Leauge. The Portuguese coach Fernando Santos after the match summed up Christiano accurately “ He is a Genius”. Ronaldo surely is a Genius and a role model for every footballer all around the world, he would be looking forward to showcasing his talent on the world stage and lift yet another title as captain.
