Neymar

Brazil International has been plying his trade since 2009 when he was 17. He emerged as a star for Santos FC as a teenager, winning four straight Player of the Year awards while becoming one of Brazil's most popular public figures. Neymar made the jump to Europe to join FC Barcelona from the 2013-14 season and became a star for the club that claimed numerous domestic and international titles. After leading the Brazilian team to their first Olympic gold medal in 2016, the star moved to France's Paris Saint-Germain the following year in a big-money move of 150m euros. Presently valued at 160m euros, Neymar still has about 5-6 years in the top-level if his form doesn’t dip.

Kylian Mbappe Lottin

The PSG attacker who is also a French International known for his blistering speed started at a very young age making his debut with Monaco in 2015 at the tender age of 16. After winning hearts and accolades with Monaco he transferred to Paris, the same season Neymar did, but on a loan with a future fee of 145m euros. The deal got confirmed at the end of the season and he has been playing for the French giants since then. Mbappe also scored the 100th goal of his career against Andorra, during the Euro qualifiers. At 21, he is considered one of the best players in the world and valued at 200m euros.

What we see from the above tables is that Neymar is still much ahead in numbers, but the speed at which Mbappe is moving forward it might not take him much time to cross Neymar’s numbers. Even though Neymar has moved to PSG, there have been quite a few instances when he has felt outcasted, but with no luck. As reports claim, Neymar wants to move back to Barcelona, but there has been no official bid as of now. Only time will tell, what happens to him.

Mbappe is enjoying his time at PSG and scoring particularly every match, barring a few. He manhandled Argentina at the FIFA World Cup scoring twice as well.

Who do you think is the better among the two?
