EPL/Premier League Predictions for this weekend - Gameweek 17 (GW17)

Newcastle vs Chelsea

Both Newcastle and Chelsea are two big teams in the Premier League who have been struggling recently. Although Eddie Howe's men will have the home advantage here, we expect this to be a tight game where the points are shared.

Prediction - Newcastle 2-2 Chelsea

Wolves vs Brentford

It was quite a shocker when Wolves, who are the worst team in the Premier League right now, almost earned a draw against Arsenal. However, we feel that was a rare instance and they'll probably get destroyed by Brentford.

Prediction -  Wolves 1-3 Brentford

Manchester City vs West Ham

Manchester City are in absolutely frightening form at the moment, and they look like a serious threat to Arsenal's title hopes right now. We believe West Ham will be their next victims.

Prediction - Manchester City 4-0 West Ham

Brighton vs Sunderland

Brighton will be coming from a 2-0 loss against Arne Slot's Liverpool against Sunderland and unfortunately for them, we don't expect a comeback statement victory here. Sunderland are just too good right now.

Prediction -  Brighton 1-2 Sunderland

Bournemouth vs Burnley

Bournemouth have gone from a dream start in the Premier League to an absolutely terrible drop in form. Luckily for them, Burnley at home is the kind of game where they should be back to winning ways.

Prediction -  Bournemouth 2-0 Burnley

Tottenham vs Liverpool

This will be a game between two top sides who have managers in immense pressure, although Arne Slot has managed to balance things with victories over Inter and Brighton. We expect a tight contest that ends in a stalemate.

Prediction - Tottenham 2-2 Liverpool

Leeds United vs Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace were expected to give a tough competition to Manchester City last week, but ended up getting thrashed 3-0. However, we expect them to give a strong reaction against Leeds.

Prediction -  Leeds United 1-3 Crystal Palace

Everton vs Arsenal

Arsenal were extremely lucky to not suffer an embarrassing result against Wolves. However, they'll now have to take things seriously, especially with Manchester City hunting them down. Arteta's men should be getting the 3 points here.

Prediction -  Everton 1-2 Arsenal

Aston Villa vs Manchester United

Aston Villa are arguably the most in-form team in the Premier League right now, while Manchester United under Ruben Amorim is looking at a ship that could get wrecked anytime soon. We only see this game ending in one way.

Prediction -  Aston Villa 3-1 Manchester United

Fulham vs Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest have been really impressive in recent weeks, and it seems like manager Sean is slowly succeeding in getting the best out of them. We expect the positive momentum to continue against Fulham.

Prediction -  Fulham 1-2 Nottingham Forest

These are our Premier League predictions for this week (Gameweek  17). That's it from our side, We will be back with EPL predictions for GW18 soon. Farewell then!
