Welcome back to another edition of Team of the Week Premier League, and this time we'll be here with our Premier League team of the week for GW11. Gameweek 11 was an exciting one that saw Manchester City destroy Liverpool and Arsenal drop points at the very death against Sunderland. Let's not waste anymore time then, here is our EPL team of the week GW11.
Premier League/EPL Team of the Week 11
Goalkeeper
Robin Roefs (Sunderland)
By the time this season ends, Robin Roefs is probably going to establish himself as a Sunderland legend at this rate. He was yet again sublime against Arsenal, and has been phenomenal this season so far.
Defenders
Malo Gusto (Chelsea)
Gusto has been one of the most reliable players for Chelsea in the past few years, especially when Reece James gets injured and he has to fill up for him. He was one of Chelsea's best defenders against Wolves.
Daniel Ballard (Sunderland)
Daniel Ballard has scored 2 goals and also provided an assist in just 9 Premier League games. This is despite the fact that he's a centre-back. He was phenomenal against Arsenal.
Nordi Mukiele (Sunderland)
We have yet another Sunderland centre-back in the list in the form of Nordi Mukiele, who has also been fantastic so far this season. The Frenchman has played a huge role in Sunderland's unbelievable form in the Premier League.
Lucas Digne (Aston Villa)
Lucas Digne delivered one of his classic left-back performances against Bournemouth. He contributed brilliantly both in defense and attack for Unai Emery's side. Simply amazing.
Midfielders
Alejandro Garnacho (Chelsea)
Alejandro Garnacho had his best game for Chelsea against Wolves after his move from Manchester United. He played the whole 90 minutes and got 2 assists as well.
Amadou Onana (Aston Villa)
Amadou Onana has been one of the most underrated midfielders in the Premier League for the past few seasons. He was excellent in the middle to help Villa control the game and crush Bournemouth.
Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest)
With every passing game, Newcastle are regretting more and more in regards to their decision to sell Eliott Anderson. A rare bright spark in what has been a disappointing season for Forest.
Morgan Gibbs-White (Nottingham Forest)
Morgan Gibbs-White is slowly getting back to his best form under Nuno after a slow start to the season. The club would need him to replicate his old magical form if they are to be a feared side again.
Jeremy Doku (Manchester City)
When in form, Jeremy Doku is one of the most frightening players in world football for a defender to face in a 1v1 duel. He was outstanding against Liverpool.
Forwards
Thiago (Brentford)
Forget Ivan Toney, Bryan Mbeumo, and Yoane Wissa, because Brentford have found their new goal machine in Thiago. This has been a breakthrough season for him.
So the following is our Premier League Team of the Week for Gameweek 11:
That's it from us in regards to the GW11 Premier League Team of the Week. See you soon after the international break for EPL Team of the Week GW12!
