Premier League/EPL Team of the Week for Gameweek 28
Goalkeeper
José Sá (Wolves)
José Sá was one of the Standout players in Wolves' shock 2-0 victory over Aston villa. He made a total of 4 saves in the game and helped his side keep a clean sheet against Unai Emery's side.
Defenders
Mikkel Damsgaard ( Brentford)
Mikkel Damsgaard has one of his best ever games for Brentford in their thrilling 3-4 comeback victory over Burnley. The Danish midfielder was directly involved in 3 of the 4 goals and was crucial in helping Brentford earn all 3 points.
João Gomes (Wolves)
João Gomes scored his first Premier League goal of the season against Aston Villa, and it was one that helped his side earn all 3 points. The Brazilian was brilliant in midfield during the game.
Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United)
Bruno Fernandes continued his outstanding season for Manchester United against Crystal Palace. The club captain scored the first UTD goal and assisted the second in what was nothing less than a midfield masterclass.
Harry Wilson (Fulham)
Harry Wilson has been phenomenal for Fulham this season, and is one of the key reasons for their outstanding form. He was vital in the game against Spurs, with the Welshman being directly involved in both their goals.
Midfielders
Jurrien Timber (Arsenal)
Jurrien Timber has been fantastic for Arsenal in this season, and looks like a player who's completely recovered from his serious injury issues. He was fantastic against Chelsea, and even scored the decisive winning goal.
Gabriel (Arsenal)
Similar to Timber, Gabriel was yet another Arsenal defender that had a massive impact in the game against Chelsea. The Brazilian assisted one of the goals for Mikel Arteta's side and he was solid in defense as usual.
William Saliba (Arsenal)
We have our third Arsenal player in this list in the form of William Saliba. The Frenchman scored the first goal against Chelsea, which was also his first Premier League goal of the season. His partnership with Gabriel is simply Phenomenal.
Rayan Aït-Nouri (Manchester City)
After suffering numerous injury issues at the beginning of his time at Manchester City, Rayan Aït-Nouri is slowly getting to his best levels and establishing himself as a top City player. He was excellent against Leeds.
Forwards
Eliezer Mayenda (Sunderland)
20-year-old Eliezer Mayenda was fantastic in Sunderland's 1-1 draw against Bournemouth. He helped his club earn a point against a club that had been on a brilliant undefeated streak.
Hugo Ekiteke (Liverpool)
Hugo Ekiteke has been one of the players in the Premier League this season, and he was simply sensational in the 5-2 victory over West Ham. He scored 1 and provided another 2 to help Arne Slot's side earn a dominating victory.
