Formula 1 returned to China for the first time after the COVID pandemic made the Chinese government restrict travel and tourism. Now the world is healed from the pandemic and China saw the return of F1 for the first time since 2019. This excites most of the teams, drivers, and fans as F1 has changed alot since then. It will be the first time any Chinese driver will race on its home soil. Even the 2024 Chinese Grand Prix will mark the 20th anniversary of the very first Chinese Grand Prix raced in Shanghai International Circuit.


With a five-year absence, there will be a lot of participation in the race, especially from the Chinese Fans as they will be cheering up their national driver Zhou Ghouy. The 2024 Chinese Grand Prix will be special in many ways as it will host the first sprint of the season with one hour of free practice 1 so the team will have limited time to simulate the data and analysis the race. The 2024 Chinese Grand Prix would return after a 5-years absence last celebrated F1 1000th Grand Prix in 2019


It's time for the Chinese fans to celebrate as F1 returns to their home soil after 5-long years of absence. Summing up the excitement and adrenaline rush of fans, they will be seeing Zhou driving in his Kick Sauber at his home track for the first time. Two years ago this Strack was used as a vivid hospital and saw chaos and sudden deaths due to the COVID pandemic and now Shanghai International is back with a bang hosting the first of the six sprint races of the season.

The last time China hosted a Formula 1 race in Shanghai, the cars were muffled under 13-inch tires with a flat floor instead of what current 18-inch Perrili ties are used in the ongoing season. The last race held in 2019 was won by Lewis Hamilton who made his team Mercedes secure a one-two podium along with Valtteri Bottas. Since then no further driver ever won a race. This track will also judge new drivers and their driving skills to patch up the roller coaster turn of an infinity loop on the track.


With restrictions all around the world, Chinese fans will make a comeback after the travel and tourism reverted into the nation once again. However, Formula 1 had been racing in Asia in 1976 with the Japanese Grand Prix but China had to wait longer to hist its 1st ever Formula 1 race in 2004.  Max had made its domination in this season but for the first time teams have no recent or even previous data to work on as they visited 5 years ago on this track.
