Due to Pakistan's withdrawal from the Hero Men’s Asian Champions Trophy 2026, citing security concerns, Bangladesh have replaced them for the tournament, as the country is appearing in the tournament for the second time. On their tournament debut in 2021, Bangladesh finished in fifth place.
Indian venues Surjit Hockey Stadium (all league matches) and Mohali International Hockey Stadium (all knockout stage matches) are hosting the Men’s Asian Champions Trophy 2026 from 27 October to 5 November 2026.
