The Indian Super League (ISL) is set to be organized in Goa for the season 2020-21, beginning November. The upcoming ISL season will be its seventh edition. It will be played at three different venues in Goa - Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (Fatorda), GMC Athletic Stadium (Bambolim), and Tilak Maidan Stadium (Vasco).

FSDL, organizing association of Indian Super League, will be working intimately with Goa’s sporting authorities and the state government to conduct a protected and secure season amidst the coronavirus pandemic. FSDL has planned to give one training ground to every single participating club. Ten training grounds have been recognized in the state, which will be sanitized and transformed before giving it over to the clubs. As of now, another club – East Bengal has found a new sponsor and are ready to participate in the upcoming ISL season, taking it to 11 teams.

Last season's ISL final played between ATK and Chennaiyin was also held at JLN Stadium, Goa in March without fans due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
