Indian equestrians are ready to challenge in the Asian Games 2026, as Aichi–Nagoya 2026 is set to run from 19th September to 4th October 2026. Tokyo Equestrian Park in Tokyo will host the equestrian events between 21 September and 4 October 2026.
The Equestrian Federation of India initially announced a 12-member Indian equestrian squad, spread across three disciplines: dressage, eventing, and jumping. However, the jumping squad ultimately failed to meet the selection criteria, as the entire jumping squad was omitted, and the country is sending an eight-member equestrian team, including seven males and one female.
