This match should be 25 minutes, and all 6 men should be allowed to do whatever they want. This has all the makings of an all-time classic.
The Brawling Birds vs Divine Dominion In a Chicago Street Fight for AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship

Darby Allin and Steven Borden vs The Don Callis Family to Determine number 1 Contenders for AEW Tag Team Championship
There will be a second number 1 Contenders Match at AEW All Out. This match will be to determine the number 1 Contenders for the tag team titles. Darby Allin will team with Steven Borden, and they will face Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher of The Don Callis Family. The match will have 4 very good singles wrestlers trying to earn the right to be tag team champions. The Don Callis Family are a unit, but nobody can count out Darby Allin. He will have all the support as Chicago loves him.
Kazuchika Okada vs Tomasso Ciampa for AEW International Championship
The newly crowned AEW International Champion Kazuchika Okada will defend his title against one of the most dangerous opponents in AEW. Okada won the title back at All In, and he will face Tomasso Ciampa at All Out. Tomasso Ciampa is a very experienced wrestler who has been World Champion. This will be the first time they face each other one-on-one on American TV. This match will be close, and Tomasso Ciampa can win the title.
