AEW Dynasty 2026 Match Card Predictions

AEW Dynasty is the next PPV that will be hosted by the company on 12th April 2026. This will happen one week before WrestleMania 42. Tony Khan would want to put on such a show that it will challenge WWE to exceed expectations the week after. AEW Dynasty has already sold 10,000 tickets. This show will take place in Vancouver, Canada.

Let’s look at the Match Card Predictions for AEW Dynasty 2026

Confirmed Matches

MJF vs Kenny Omega for AEW World Championship

This is the biggest AEW Match of the year so far. Two of the biggest stars in the company will be going at it. These are the two men who have held the title for the longest time. This will be an incredible 40 minutes match where MJF will be the heel and Kenny Omega Will be the babyface. This is being labelled as God vs The Devil. MJF has never been in more danger of losing the AEW World Championship. Kenny Omega Will also have The Elite backing him up.

Will Ospreay vs Jon Moxley

This was a match that was supposed to happen at this show. Will Osperay returned at  AEW Revolution 2026 and he targeted Jon Moxley and Death Riders. This will be a physical match and Will Ospreay is the biggest babyface in AEW. This match will be personal as Will Osperay says that Jon Moxley injured him and cost him months of his career. This match can steal the show at AEW Dynasty. Jon Moxley will have his group Death Riders at ringside.

FTR vs Adam Copeland and Christian Cage for AEW World Tag Team Championship

The third match that has been made official is the match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship. FTR are the tag team champions and they will face the team that they took out along with Beth Pheonix. Adam Copeland and Christian Cage want revenge and they will look to win the tag team titles at AEW Dynasty. They will have 12,000 fans cheering for them and FTR will personally be very happy that they will get to wrestle their off screen friends at a PPV. Adam Copeland and Christian Cage will have home field advantage as they will be in Canada.

Predicted Matches

Thekla vs Mercedes Mone for AEW Women’s Championship

Thekla defended her Women’s title in a great 2 out of 3 Falls Match at AEW Revolution. Thekla has moved past Kris Statlander and she needs new opponents. Mercedes Mone has done barely anything since she lost her TBS Championship. She wants to become the AEW Women’s Champion and it has been a long time and the fans are ready for her to get to the top of AEW. This will be a big match for Thekla as she will get to wrestle one of the all time greats.

Kazuchika Okada vs Darby Allin for AEW International Championship

Darby Allin has been a thorn in the side of The Don Callis Family and MJF. MJF has paid the Don Callis Family to take out Darby Allin and that has angered Darby Allin. He will come after Kazuchika Okada and the International Championship. Darby Allin is to WWE what Jeff Hardy was to WWE in 2008. Tony Khan uses Darby Allin in every PPV. This will be an incredible wrestling match and a chance for Darby Allin to win a title.

Divine Dominion vs Babes of Wrath for AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship

The second women’s match that will most likely take place at this show will be for the AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship. Megan Bayne and Lena Kross won the titles at AEW Revolution. They will face Babes of Wrath in a rematch at AEW Dynasty. These are the two teams that have set the standard for women’s tag teams in the company. These two teams will look to put on a show and indirectly challenge the WWE women to outdo them at WrestleMania 42.

Jack Perry vs Ricochet for AEW National Championship

Jack Perry won the AEW National Championship at AEW Revolution. He will have to defend the title at AEW Dynasty. Ricochet seems the most likely opponent because he was the man that Jack Perry eliminated to win the title. Ricochet was in hot water after insulting a fan but then he apologized and now everything is good. He is one of the best heels in AEW.
