AEW is ready to roll out their next big PPV which will be Full Gear. It will happen on 18th November and there are many matches at this show as has been the case with all AEW PPVs. They have a tendency to be very long, just like how long WWE PPVs used to be 4 years ago. This show has some incredible matches and it will take place in Inglewood California. AEW needs to have a solid PPV because the next week will be Survivor Series and all the talk in wrestling is surrounding that show in Chicago.
Let’s look at the AEW Full Gear 2023 Match Card Predictions
MJF and TBA vs The Gunns for ROH World Tag Team Championship
This will most likely be the opening match of AEW Full Gear. MJF is the biggest star in AEW and this time he needs a partner to take on The Gunn Brothers. The partner is to be announced and it will not be Adam Cole because he had surgery and he is injured. This will be a very good match as it has 3 world class wrestlers in it already and the intrigue of the tag team partner for MJF will make this a must see. MJF will retain the tag team titles with his mystery partner.
Hikaru Shida vs Toni Storm for AEW Women’s Championship
This will be one of the most anticipated Matches on the show. This is because Toni Storm has nailed her character in AEW and the fans are behind her. She is being herself and the fans are getting to see this crazy side of her. Hikaru Shida has been Champion for too many times and this match will be a banger, they should get 15 minutes to tell a great story. Toni Storm will win the AEW Women’s Championship.
Sting, Darby Allen and Adam Copeland vs Christian Cage, Luchasaurus and Nick Wayne
This 6 man tag team match has all the fans excited because they will get to see 3 all time legends and 3 young wrestlers. Seeing Adam Copeland and Sting in one team will be a dream come true and they will have an incredible 6 man tag team match. Christian Cage is the best heel in AEW and he will try to make sure that his team wins. They should get 20 minutes to have a long and a story based match. Sting, Darby Allen and Adam Copeland will win this match.
Orange Cassidy vs Jon Moxley for AEW International Championship
This match was supposed to happen a few months ago but Jon Moxley got injured. This match will be incredible no doubt and the one match that they did have was the best match in the career of Orange Cassidy. This match will be even better than their last one and they will have the match that they were supposed to. Jon Moxley will win this match and get back his AEW International Championship.
Hangman Adam Page vs Swerve Strickland in a Texas Death Match
This match will be the most violent match on the show and these 2 men absolutely hate each other in the storyline. They have been feuding for a long time and it is finally time to settle this and end it all. They will have one of the best matches of the show and they should get 30+ minutes to cook something special. This match will be won by Hangman Adam Page and both men will move ahead in their careers.
The Golden Jets vs The Young Bucks
The Golden Jets are a team of Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho and The Young Bucks are Matt and Nick Jackson. The Golden Jets are a newly formed tag team and this match will feature the 4 pillars of AEW on which their company stands. This match will get a lot of time and they will have a 5 star classic and the fans will be the ultimate winners. The stipulation for this match is that if The Golden Jets win they will get a tag team title opportunity but if The Young Bucks win the Golden Jets will no longer be a team. The Golden Jets will win this match and get a future tag team championship opportunity.
Kris Statlander vs Julia Hart vs Red Velvet or Sky Blue for AEW TBS Championship
This is the second women’s Championship match at this show and this is the first time that there will be 2 women’s matches in the same show. This will be a Triple Threat match and Kris Statlander and Julia Hart are in the match and the 3rd opponent will be decided. This match should get 10+ minutes to have a banger and Kris Statlander will win and retain her Championship.
MJF vs Jay White for AEW World Championship
This will be the main event for the show and this will be the second match for MJF in this show after the match for the AEW Tag Team Championship. This match is where his title reign has been in the most danger because Jay White also has a lot of momentum and this match will cross the 40 minutes mark because these are 2 of the best in the company and Tony Khan knows the interest in this match. The build for this match will be incredible and MJF will barely retain his AEW World Championship.
