However, the spotlight will be on the main event where two of AEW’s biggest stars will collide in one of the most violent match types in professional wrestling. With Adam Page putting his future AEW World Championship opportunities on the line, the stakes have become even higher.

This match could easily become one of the most intense wrestling matches of the year as MJF and Adam Page prepare to settle their rivalry once and for all.

Let’s talk about the Texas Death Match at AEW Revolution 2026

The Texas Death Match is Back and Better than Ever

It was the AEW Dynamite episode of 25th February where MJF was supposed to choose the stipulation for their match at AEW Revolution. AEW Revolution will be held on 15th March 2026. There will be more than 10,000 fans that will be there at the arena. The main event will be MJF vs Adam Page for the AEW World Championship. MJF chose this stipulation and as a rider Adam Page decided that if he loses this match then Adam Page will no longer get to challenge for the AEW World Championship. This has automatically made this match a must see. Adam Page has put his main event spot on the line. MJF has selected a stipulation which is familiar to Adam Page.

This match could be one of the best wrestling matches of the year. This match will be bloody and both men will use tables, chairs, ladders and other objects. A Texas Death match is the most brutal form of a No DQ Match. MJF has had no prior experience of this kind of match so he would have to get dirty and get bloody to beat his arch nemesis. There is still one week to build for the PPV match and they could tell an amazing story that would make the fans not wait for this match. Both men have gotten personal in the build up with their promos. MJF beat Adam Page to win the AEW World Championship and he would not like to lose it so quickly. However the rider that Adam Page has put has complicated this match. Picking a winner out of this one will be a tough choice. Both men are the top babyface and the Top heel of AEW. Tony Khan would not want either man to look weak after this match.

It is certain that this will be the last match that they will have against each other. Both these men need New feuds to sink their teeth into. Both men are young and they will be in AEW forever. After the AEW Revolution, it will be time to build for Double or Nothing and Finally into AEW All In at Wembley Stadium in July. There are the likes of Kenny Omega, Kazuchika Okada, Swerve Strickland, Kyle Fletcher, Jon Moxley who can feud with these two for the rest of the year. This match will go close to 40 minutes and the fans will get their money's worth.
