Manika Batra made the sport of table tennis popular across India and to reach this level she has had her struggles but as they say when one comes out of hard struggle they come out like a diamond. Manika Batra is that diamond of table tennis and she is only getting better.

Manika Batra is only in her middle 20s and she has a target of getting in the Top 10 of the World first and then winning an Olympic Medal in Paris. She is one of my favorites to watch and her performance at the Olympics last year was special and she will be brimming with confidence and all of India will be with her in this journey. Manika Batra was born on 15th June 1995 in Delhi and since she was a little girl she wanted to play table tennis and she got all the support from her family as they saw talent in her and proper training was given to her and now she has repaid the faith with so many outstanding performances. Her playing style of table tennis is the Shakehand Grop which helps her serve better and he in the rally for long and frustrate her opponents. She is one of the tallest female table tennis players at 5ft 11 inches which gives her a massive advantage and she uses it to bounce her opponents in the table tennis court.


The career of Manika Batra started in 2011 and she won the under 15 open in Chile and from there she got better but was unable to win any global medals and she was disappointed much and she wanted to quit but 2018 changed Everything for her and after she won the GD Medals she made sure to work harder and last year in Tokyo she made it to the QF. She is only 27 and has a long 10 year career ahead of her if she can stay fit and then there is no telling what she will Do.
