This is the second highest test score by an Australian batter in test cricket as he went past 334 made by the great Don Bradman. He played for 411 balls in this innings and he made a historic 335* in which he smashed 39 fours and 1 six meaning a total of 162 runs in boundaries meaning he ran a lot in this innings and still he had a strike rate of over 80 which is truly incredible. It was one of the greatest test innings of the last 25 years.


2) 253 vs New Zealand (2015)


This was the first double hundred of his career in test cricket and what a brutal innings it was. The opponents were New Zealand and it was at Perth and the bowling attack was good yet he made it look like so easy.  He only took 286 balls to make 253 runs which is absolutely amazing and he hit 24 fours and 2 sixes in this innings meaning a total of 108 runs in boundaries which means he took a lot of ones and twos in this incredible innings ahd his strike rate was 88.46. New Zealand were blown away and this innings took him to a new level in test cricket.


3) 200 vs South Africa (2022)


This is another double hundred which he made vs South Africa last year and yet again it was a fast innings and this innings was played at MCG last year and this was the last double hundred in his  career so far. In this innings he batted for 255 balls and he was at his destructive best as he hit 16 fours and 2 sixes in this innings meaning a total of 76 runs in boundaries and to have a strike rate of over 78 and running so much is a sign of a true champion. Australia won the match by an innings and 182 runs.


4) 180 vs India (2012)


This was the second test century by David Warner and in this innings he was playing like it was a T20I match and in this innings he absolutely decimated the Indian bowling attack to all parts and in just 159 balls he made a brilliant 180 and in this innings he smashed 20 fours and 5 sixes meaning a total of 110 runs in boundaries and he had a mind boggling Strike Rate of 113.21 which was sensational and much better than many ODI Innings played at the time. Australia won this match by an innings and 37 runs.


5) 145 vs South Africa (2014)


This is one of the best Overseas batting performances in test cricket in the last decade and David Warner hit centuries in both the innings of this test match against South Africa in 2014 at Cape Town.
