The biggest AAA show of the year TripleMania 33 was held in front of 20,000 fans in Mexico. This was the first time that WWE was involved with the production and WWE live streamed this event on their YouTube channel. There were 6 Matches on this Card.

Omos won the Bardahl Cup
The first match on the show was a battle Royal. It was for the Bardahl Cup and this was a very fun match. It was 26 minutes and a lot of AAA stars got to shine in front of the biggest audience watching on YouTube. There were 14 wrestlers In this match. La Parka was the first man followed by Laredo Kid. Laredo Kid hit a 450 Splash and almost eliminated La Parka. Otis was also a part of the Battle Royal and so was Joaqin Wilde. However the best entrant of the match was Microman. The 20,000 fans were loud for the Microman and then entered Omos who is 4 ft taller than Microman. There was a moment in the match where Microman was tapping at the feet of Omos and when he turned he had to look way down. It was one of the funniest moments in recent history. Omos kicked Microman in the face and threw him out. Omos won the Bardahl Cup and got a lot of heat.
El Hijo De Dr Wagner Jr beat El Messias for AAA Latin American Championship
This match was in the unfortunate spot of having to follow the Banger opening battle Royal. This match had 2 AAA superstars and they had a good 11 minute match. El Messias is 49 years old and he moves very well. They had good spots like where the mask was attempted to be taken out of the face. The father of El Hijo De Dr Wagner Jr was also there in attendance. This could have been better and El Hijo De Dr Wagner Jr is the AAA Latin American Champion.
The Judgement Day beat Mr Iguana, Lola Vice and Nino Hamburguesa
This was the most funny match of the show. Not every match has to be a 5 star masterpiece. Goofy wrestling is also magical. Mr Iguana is one of the most over wrestlers in the WWE umbrella. Nino Hamburguesa is yet another AAA superstar who brings burgers to the ring. The Judgement Day was in full force as Roxanne Perez was with them. This was a 12 minute match. The best spot of the match was when Mr Iguana was holding his creature and Finn Balor had brought out the Demonito and they were going at it. Finn Balor gave Mr Iguana the DDT but then Nino Hamburguesa offered Finn Balor a burger only for Mr Iguana to Dropkick Finn Balor. The Judgement Day won the match and they got a lot of heat.
Pagano and Psycho Clown beat Los Garza for AAA Tag Team Championship in a Street Fight
This was the best wrestling match on the show until this point. These 4 men were determined to make a statement. This was a Street Fight and it allowed them to go crazy. Kendo sticks were in the ring in the first 2 minutes Including one with barbed wire. The tables were used in the match by Los Garza on their opponents. There was a lot of high flying greatness including a Spanish fly from Psycho Clown that won the match and the AAA Tag Team Championship. This was brutal and all 4 men will feel the pain of this match.
Flammer beat Faby Apache and Natalya for AAA Reina De Reinas Championship
This was the only pure women’s match on the show. The fans were loud for this match as all 3 women put on a show. Natalya was in her legendary gimmick where she is a monster and she uses it outside of WWE. Flammer and Faby Apache were strong in this match and for the first 5 minutes it was between these 2 AAA women. This match was 11 minutes and Natalya was at her best. The referee even got heated when he made a slow count. Flammer won the match and she got much needed exposure to a much wider audience.
El Hijo De Vikingo beat El Grande Americano, Dominik Mysterio and Dragon Lee for AAA Mega Championship
This was the match on the show where 3 out of the 4 men in this match were WWE superstars. The 20,000 fans booed El Hijo De Vikingo so loudly that everyone was shocked. El Grande Americano got a special entrance with a band and the fans love him in Mexico. Dominik Mysterio also got a very good reaction. This was a 16 minutes match. El Grande Americano and Dominik Mysterio tried to work together but it fell apart as Dragon Lee attacked them both. The Judgement Day was ringside trying to help Dominik but they were thwarted away by LWO. Dominik put on a mask with metal plates and he was about to win but AJ Styles came out and hit a Styles Clash on Dominik Mysterio and El Hijo De Vikingo for the pin. This was a great match and a very fun show. WWE should stream these shows on their YouTube channel only.
