It was the End of an Era. It was The Undertaker vs Triple H in a Hell in a Cell Match with Shawn Michaels as the special guest referee. This match was historic. The Undertaker had his hair cut and Triple H was determined to end the streak. This was a physical match and both men hit each other with almost 20 chair shots to the back. They used the Cell to good effect. The Undertaker hit his big moves including The Tombstone but Triple H kicked out. 3) The Undertaker vs Edge at WrestleMania 24
This was the main event of WrestleMania 24. It was The Undertaker vs Edge. It was for the World Heavyweight Championship. This match saw two incredible entrances from the two men. This was the best match of his career. The Undertaker had control for the first part of the match. However it was Edge who used heel tactics to take back control. He hit a spear but The Undertaker kicked out. The Undertaker hit a Tombstone but Edge did not give up. This was a 25 minute match and the crowd was fully behind Undertaker. This match has a very good backstory. Both The Undertaker and Batista were angry that they were not given the main event of WrestleMania 23. Then they both decided that they would steal the show and that’s exactly what they did. This match was the career defining match for Batista. The Undertaker was in his prime WrestleMania form. This match was electric and both men went out there and hit their big finishers. The Batista Bomb was hit but The Undertaker kicked out. He also hit the Spine buster but to no avail.
