NXT Deadline is the final WWE PPV of the year 2025. This was one of the best wrestling shows of the year. There were 5 Matches but all 5 were great. This show was attended by 5000 fans. This show also had major implications regarding Saturdays Night Main Event on 13th December.

Oba Femi beat Ricky Saints for NXT Championship
This was the first match on the show. Ricky Saints went straight for the leg but Oba Femi pushed him away. Ricky Saints applied an arm bar submission for a period of time and Oba Femi tried breaking it with a backbreaker. Oba tried for the Snake Eyes but Ricky Saints blocked the move. Oba looked for a Chokeslam but Ricky again got out. Oba Femi delivered a backbreaker when Ricky went for a Crossbody. Oba Femi was dominating and he even showed off mid match. Oba Femi hit him with a release Suplex which was the first near fall of the match. Oba Femi was doing pushups mid match to mock his opponent. Ricky Saints gave multiple Dropkicks to the knee of Oba Femi. Ricky Saints hits a massive Spear but only gets a near fall. Oba Femi went for a Chokeslam but Ricky delivered a cutter for a near fall. Oba Femi hit a Sit Out Powerbomb to win the match and regain the NXT Championship. This was a very good 18 minute match. Oba Femi will face Cody Rhodes at Saturday's Night Main Event on 13th December .
Kendal Grey beat Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan and Jordynne Grace in Women’s Iron Survivor Match
This was the first of the 2 Iron Survivor Matches on the show. The 5 women competing in this match had different levels of experience in the Ring. This was a 25 minute match. Jordynne Grace and Kendal Grey were the first 2 women to take part in the match. There were a total of 11 falls in this match between the 5 women. Jordynne Grace and Kendal Grey pinned each other one time before any other woman entered the match. Kelani Jordan pinned Kendal Grey to get her first fall. Kendal Grey hits a facebuster but she does not get a fall. Lola Vice enters the match and immediately pins Kendal Grey with a kick to the head. Sol Ruca is the only woman without a pin. Jordynne gets another fall as she rolls up on Kelani Jordan. Sol Ruca hits the Sol Snatcher on Kelani Jordan and Lola Vice and pins both of them. At the end of 25 minutes Kendal Grey has 3 falls to her name as compared to 2 for the other women. She is the new number 1 contender.
Ethan Page beat Mr Iguana for NXT North American Championship
The glorious reign of Ethan Page continued in this match. Mr Iguana can also play tricks and when Ethan Page went to attack, Mr Iguana surprised him with a Dropkick. Ethan Page hits a DDT and he throws Mr Iguana on the outside who falls on his puppet. Mr Iguana hit a Crossbody for a near fall in the match. Ethan Page runs into a boot from Mr Iguana when he tries to attack him. Ethan Page hit a Power Slam and got a near fall. Ethan Page grabbed the puppet of Mr Iguana and spit in its face and threw it on the floor. To end this 9 minute match , Ethan Page hit a Twisted Grin and won the match. His reign as the champion continues.
Izzy Dame beat Tatum Paxley
This was the second women’s match on the show. It was a grudge match between two women who hated each other. Izzy Dame and Tatum Paxley exchanged blows and then Izzy Dame took control. Izzy Dame was begging for Mercy and these were mind games from Izzy Dame. Izzy Dame slammed Tatum Paxley to the ring steps. Izzy Dame hits an European Uppercut for a near fall. This was a 13 minute match. Shawn Spears betrays Tatum Paxley and Izzy Dame wins the match. This was a good contest.
Je’Von Evans beat Leon Slater, Joe Hendry, Myles Bourne and Dion Lennox in Men’s Iron Survivor Match
Leon Slater and Je'Von were the first 2 men in the match. Both men were showing their athletic skills and Evans went for a Springboard Cutter early but was blocked. Leon Slater hits an Enziguiri and hits a Superkick. Evans hits a Springboard Crossbody for a near fall. Before the third man came out Evans hit Rana and got the first fall. Myles Bourne was the next man and he hit a series of European Uppercuts and got near falls. Myles Bourne hits an Olympic Slam for a near fall. Myles Bourne hit a Suicide dive on both his opponents. Both Leon Slater and Je’Von Evans hit Superman Punches to each other. Dion Lennox was the fourth man and Joe Hendry was the fifth man. With less than 5 minutes left all 5 men had scored a fall. Within the last seconds, Evans hit an inside cradle to get the decisive fall. He will face Oba Femi at New Year’s Evil.
