This is the last PPV level show by NXT before their next Takeover which will happen during WrestleMania weekend in Los Angeles and this will be a very important show for a lot of the wrestlers as they will set their paths forwards the biggest show of the year and there are some incredible matches that are on this show as well as a big segment that has been planned for the show.
This show will be a banger in the words of Sheamus and the matches will be of Takeover quality and championships will also be defended.
So, let's look at the Matches Preview for NXT Roadblock 2023:
Roxanne Perez vs Meiko Satomura for NXT Women’s Championship
Most likely this will be the main event of the show as this match will be for the NXT Women’s Championship and it is the only title match on the card. This is a true dream match and a collision of the generations if there ever was one as Meiko Satomura is from the 1990s and she has been wrestling almost 30 years which is almost 10 years longer than Roxanne Perez has been alive. Roxanne Perez is from this new generation of wrestlers and she is one of the best but she will face probably the best female wrestler of all time and this will be an all time classic.
Bron Breakker and The Creed Brothers vs Indus Sher
This match will excite the Indian NXT fans the most because there will be 3 Indian wrestlers who will be competing in this match in Jinder Magal and Indus Sher and they have been absolutely dominant but they will take on 3 men who are equally as dominant so this will be a hard hitting match and the crowd will love it
Gigi Dolin vs Jacy Jayne
This will be the grudge and the most personal match on the show as the Rivalry between these two had gotten so personal and they will heat the crap out of each other and both these ladies will have the opportunity to show why they are the future of WWE and they will most likely get all the time in the world to tell a compelling story and their feud will not finish after this match.
Andre Chase vs Joe Gacy
This is a little feud that has been building between these 2 and especially between Chase University and Schism and it has gotten a little personal with all the kidnappings and everything and so it will come to a head this Tuesday and the fans can expect a hard hitting match and interference from both the groups in the match and this will go towards Takeover.
Dijak vs Tony D’ Angelo in Jailhouse Street Fight
This will be the match with the most unique stipulation and in a little time these two absolutely despise each other and it fad reached to such a point that they will need to have a no DQ match where everything goes and as both are big men therefore a lot of weapons will be used to destroy each other and it will be a banger as well.
The Grayson Waller effect with Shawn Michaels as guest
This is the segment that has been announced for the show and it will be one of the most important Things on this show because for the first time a superstar has directly confronted Shawn Michaels and Grayson Waller has to pay for it and Shawn Michaels will most likely book him in a match at NXT Takeover WrestleMania weekend. This will be a big show with lots of incredible action for the NXT fans.
