The women’s division in NXT has always been one of the best in the world. They have always known how to build women from the ground up and those women become the biggest WWE superstars. Some of the best examples are Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Asuka, Charlotte Flair, Bayley, Becky Lynch etc. The women’s division currently in NXT is also incredible.

Sol Ruca
This is the easiest selection of the bunch. Sol Ruca has done everything she can in NXT. She is ready for the main roster and that was visible in the Royal Rumble Match. Sol Ruca was one of the final 3 and she lasted 50 minutes. Sol Ruca will become one of the biggest names in WWE over the next 2 years. She has everything and she has the best finisher in WWE aka The Sol Snatcher. Sol Ruca will be a multi time WWE Women’s Champion.
Jacy Jayne
Jacy Jayne has easily been the woman that has improved the most in history. Jacy Jayne was a side act for most of her early years in NXT. She was second to Mandy Rose when she was the NXT Women’s Champion. However in the last 12 months, Jacy Jayne has worked hard on her craft and she became NXT Women’s Champion, TNA Knockouts Champion and it didn’t look out of place. She had some of her best matches and she had a good performance in the Royal Rumble Match. Jacy Jayne will be a big WWE superstar.
Lola Vice
Lola Vice is yet another woman that has all the qualities to be the top female WWE superstar. She has been in NXT for 3 years. Lola Vice has improved her wrestling craft and she has been seen in AAA where she is learning from The Undertaker. Lola Vice is an expert in MMA which will help her stand out in WWE in the next 2-3 years.
Blake Monroe
Blake is already ready for the main roster. She has seen national TV when she was in AEW and has been the World Champion. Blake will become the NXT Women’s Champion and after that she will go to the main roster. There she will instantly be a megastar and she will show the audience that she can main event WrestleMania one day. Blake Monroe will be competing with Sol Ruca to be the biggest star in WWE. She can also help young women to realise their potential.
