WWE Saturday Night Main Event 2025 Biggest Surprises

This is probably the most important WWE show of the year. All year was the John Cena retirement tour and this is the last ever show. There will be lots of surprises that WWE will prepare for John Cena. They might not be wrestling for this show but they will be there to pay their respects to the career that John Cena has had over the past 23 years.

Let’s look at the Surprises to expect at Saturdays Night Main Event Washington DC

Randy Orton

Randy Orton has been out with an injury for many months. He has not been seen on WWE TV. However, he would not want to miss the last ever night in the career of John Cena. He will be there as a surprise and he will pay tribute to John Cena who is his greatest rival. Randy Orton will not start any storyline angle at that show but it could be the official return to WWE. These two men had one last match earlier this year.

The Rock

The Rock has not been on WWE TV since the night of Elimination Chamber 2025. It has been 9 months and this is the perfect night to return for one night. He and John Cena have had a great history and he would love to give a tribute to John Cena and say a few words about him. These two men have developed a genuine friendship over the past 10 years. The Rock will also not set up a wrestling storyline.

Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon is the reason that John Cena became the greatest of all time. He has not been seen on WWE TV for over 3 years and is out of the WWE for good. However, John Cena has said over and over again that he loves Vince McMahon even with all his faults. Vince McMahon would not want to miss the last match in the career of John Cena. John Cena would be surprised to see his former boss and his friend.

Stone Cold Steve Austin

The Rattlesnake Stone Cold Steve Austin is another legend that could make a surprising appearance at this show. He has also not been seen on a WWE show in years. However, this is one night that even he wouldn’t want to miss. Steve Austin is in the conversation of the greatest of all time along with John Cena. John Cena would feel honoured to have one of his heroes show up. Saturday Night Main Event Washington DC has the potential to be an all timer of a WWE show.

The Undertaker

The fifth and final name in this list is The Undertaker. The Undertaker was the first ever WWE superstar to welcome John Cena to the WWE after his first match. John Cena and The Undertaker were the two faces of the WWE in the 2000s. The Undertaker would want to give a final salute to John Cena and welcome him to the recently retired club. John Cena always held The Undertaker in the highest regard like all other WWE superstars.
