It was the first match of the night, and it was the perfect start to WrestleMania Sunday. It was the match for the World Heavyweight Championship, and it was between two of the very best. It was a short match, but it was fast-paced and had a lot of near falls. They hit finishers early in the match, and they both kicked out. CM Punk was on commentary, and he was being great. They had an 11-minute match, but it was the exact opposite of Jey vs Jimmy Uso. Seth kicked out of three Claymore Kicks, but the fourth one was the one that did the trick, and Drew McIntyre finally won the World Heavyweight Championship in front of live fans.

After the match, Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins had a nice moment, but Drew McIntyre got in the face of CM Punk and insulted him, and finally, Punk snapped and beat up Drew McIntyre after opening up his cast. It allowed Damian Priest to run, and he cashed in Money in the Bank, and he became the World Heavyweight Champion. Damian Priest has worked hard for this moment. Drew McIntyre has only himself to blame because he told Seth Rollins that his obsession with The Bloodline would cost him, but his obsession with CM Punk cost him the championship.

The entrances for this match were incredibly special, starting with Cody Rhodes coming out with his wife Brandi, and he was wearing a special mask. Roman Reigns had an entire orchestra playing for him, and it was incredible. Samantha Irwin deserves a special shout-out for the insane work she has put in these past two days, cementing herself as the best announcer. She introduced them so well, just like she gave it to everyone. The match was one-on-one for the first part. Both men were hitting each other, and Roman Reigns was on top. Then Cody Rhodes came back, and as soon as he was going to win, Jimmy Uso came out, and he took out Cody Rhodes. Jey Uso took care of him. Then Solo Sikoa attached Cody, and they recreated the spot from last year. Cody kicked out, but then John Cena came out, and he took out Solo Sikoa.

The Rock took out the Undertaker, and then the music of The Shield played, and the fans were hoping for Seth and Dean Ambrose, but Roman took out Seth. As if those were not enough, The Rock was going to beat Cody with the belt; the gong was heard, and everyone lost their minds. It was The Undertaker, and he took out The Rock. It was Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes, but Seth Rollins came back into the ring. Roman had a chair in hand, and he had the option of taking out Cody Rhodes and retaining his championship, but he remembered 10 years ago and the betrayal of Seth Rollins, and he took out Seth with the chair. After that, Cody Rhodes gave him three Cross Rhodes, and finally, after 1316 days, Roman Reigns was beaten. Samantha Irwin was crying as she made the announcement. Cody Rhodes celebrated with the roster and his family. It was one of the greatest WrestleMania moments of all time and the start of the Paul Levesque era in WWE.
