WrestleMania Backlash Matches Preview Part-2

I thought that the matches preview of this show would be done in One part but we needed a Part-2 to complete the list of matches and prospective matches that can be added. In the first part of this article we talked about some high profile matches that are added in this card like the Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte Flair match or the Seth Rollins vs Cody Rhodes rematch and Bianca Belair having her first title defense on this show. However there are a few more matches that I will cover in this second and final part of the matches preview.

The matches that we will talk about here can change the course of WWE and there is one match that got confirmed on the latest episode of SmackDown that has the potential to do that and there are some matches that have not yet been announced but going by the storyline we can guess which those matches could be so let’s get to it

RkBro vs The Usos- Winner Takes All Championship Unification Match

This is the match that is akin to what Roman and Brock had at WrestleMania but the difference is that this will be to unify the tag titles and I think that it is a good idea having one set of tag champs across both shows and it will make sure that we will have more high quality tag team Matches and the tag team division will be more stable due to this and I think that slowly the brand split will come to an end with moves like these. I expect that these two teams will have a much better match that what Roman and Brock had at WrestleMania and they will make sure that the fans realize the importance of this match. Randy Orton is my favourite right now and he is enjoying this run with Riddle more than I have ever seen him. This will be a banger of a match.

Likely Matches to be announced

Roman Reigns vs Shinsuke Nakamura – WWE Universal Championship

A PPV event in this day without a Roman Reigns match seems unlikely and I think that this trend will continue and Roman will have a title defense at this show and it will be against the King of string style in Shinsuke Nakamura and this match excites me very much even though we all know what the result of the match will be. Roman Reigns can redeem himself after the okay match he had against Brock at WrestleMania and Shinsuke Nakamura will give him that match that he will be proud of and in the process Roman will make sure than Shin will be a bigger star when the match is over. Two great wrestlers having an incredible wrestling match is the best thing in professional wrestling. Roman will win but we the fans are in for a treat.

Sasha Banks and Naomi vs Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan- WWE Women’s tag team titles

This match should happen at this show and not on Raw and if it happens on Raw this coming week then the decision should not be final and there should be scope for the final match here because all 4 of these ladies deserve the spotlight and I think Sasha Banks has the pull backstage ri make this match happen at this PPV. This match could steal the show as they will be eager to show that they are the best workers. I am really excited at this match and having 4 amazing women kick butt is something which all the fans like.

Drew McIntyre vs Sami Zayn

This is a new feud involving two extremely talented superstars and this most likely will culminate at WrestleMania Backlash as these two are very highly valued by WWE and the fans want this match on this show as well. These two are great wrestlers who have a knack for good storytelling and without commercial breaks to interrupt then they will have a great match and Sami Zayn will be at his comedic best as usual.
