WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Results July 12, 2025

12th July 2025 was a day which had lots of professional wrestling from WWE and AEW. This show was the last show to air and it was 4 Matches Long. There were only male wrestlers who were competing in this event. This was the weakest show when it came to in-ring quality. This was the second last Saturday’s Night Main Event show of the year. 


Let’s look at the Results for Saturday’s Night Main Event Atlanta

 

Randy Orton beat Drew Mcintyre


This match was just a setup for SummerSlam and to book a match for the big show. It was the first match of the show. This match was only 9 minutes long. These two men have real good chemistry. Both are veterans in the sport and they had a very good match for the time they were given. Randy Orton beat Drew Mcintyre but soon after Logan Paul attacked Randy Orton. Jelly Roll who was with Randy Orton and he stood up for him. Drew Mcintyre took out both his opponents and the tag team match for SummerSlam was set. 


Solo Sikoa beat Jimmy Uso for United States Championship


This was the second match of the show. Fans expected that this would not be a good match but these two brothers proved everyone wrong. This was a 11 minute match and these two had a very good match. They were hitting each other with moves and reversals. Jimmy Uso had to contend with Tonga Loa, Tala Tonga and JC Mateo. He took out the Bloodline but Solo Sikoa got a roll up pin to win the match. This match showed that Solo Sikoa can go in the ring. After the match, Solo Sikoa and his gang went after Jimmy Uso but a returning Jacob Fatu made the save as he took out everyone. 


LA Knight beat Seth Rollins


This match proved to be very costly for WWE in the long run. Seth Rollins vs LA Knight was supposed to be a very good match and both men were going towards having a classic. This was 12 minutes and LA Knight hit his top rope moves. Seth Rollins hit the buckle bomb and he came close to winning. There was a moment in the match where LA Knight was down and Seth Rollins was going for a MoonSault but he landed right on his knees and it looks like he got injured pretty badly. The match had to be brought to an abrupt end as LA Knight pinned Seth Rollins. This injury will have huge ramifications for the Raw Brand as Seth Rollins was Mr Money in the Bank and the face of Raw.

 

Gunther beat Goldberg for World Heavyweight Championship


The biggest compliment that anyone can pay this match is that this was a 100 times better than it had any right to be. This was 16 minutes of good professional wrestling. Gunther Cannot have a bad match. Goldberg had an awesome entrance surrounded by friends and family. To start the match, Gunther was giving chops to Goldberg but he was just shrugging them off. Gunther was shocked and Goldberg was wrestling like he had something to prove. There were many commercial breaks and that had an impact. Goldberg delivered a Spear and a Jackhammer but Gunther kicked out. At the end of 16 minutes, Gunther passed Goldberg out to retain the title.
