The first Saturday Night Main Event of 2026 will take place in Montreal Canada. There will be 15,000 fans present at the arena. This will be the first big WWE show that will not feature John Cena in any capacity. There will be 4 Matches on the show. This will happen on 24th January 2026 and that is one week before the Royal Rumble.

Randy Orton vs Trick Williams vs Sami Zayn vs Damian Priest in a number 1 contenders Match for WWE Championship
This will be the main event of this show. This will be a Fatal Four Way Match between four of the Top WWE superstars. A living legend in Randy Orton, The fastest rising star in Trick Williams, A former World Champion in Damian Priest and the local boy from Montreal Sami Zayn. This will be a Banger and the crowd in Montreal will be Fully behind Sami Zayn. The winner of this match will face WWE Champion Drew Mcintyre at the Royal Rumble in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky vs Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez for WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
This will be one of two women’s matches that will take place at this show. This match will be for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky recently won the tag team titles and they would want to hold onto those titles for a lot longer. Liv Morgan has recently returned from injury and she will Team with her Judgement Day partner Roxanne Perez. This will be an excellent match as all these four women are great wrestlers. They should get 20 minutes to have a barn burner.
Cody Rhodes vs Jacob Fatu
This is one of those Matches that is born out of the finish to the WWE Championship Match that took place between Cody Rhodes vs Drew Mcintyre. It was because of Jacob Fatu that Cody Rhodes lost the WWE Championship. Jacob first attacked Drew Mcintyre and then he took out Cody Rhodes. This is a good direction for Cody Rhodes and he should not be near the World title for the rest of the year. This will be a physical match. It is a step up for Jacob Fatu as he is in the main event scene.
Jade Cargill vs Jordynne Grace for WWE Women’s Championship
The storyline between these two women has been going on for weeks. The title match will happen and Saturday's Night Main Event is the perfect place to have it. The winner of this match will not be in the Royal Rumble Match next week and the loser will enter the Royal Rumble. Jordynne Grace has been thrown into the main event scene and this is her opportunity to show to the world that she is ready. Jade Cargill has not defended the title in more than 2 months.
