Bowlers with most maiden overs in IPL history

Let’s take in to the list of players with most number of maiden overs bowled in IPL history so far.

1. Praveen Kumar:

Praveen Kumar is one of the best bowlers in the game of cricket. He is very well known for his amazing bowling spells. Praveen Kumar is also the player who has bowled the most number of maidens in IPL history. Played in a total of 119 matches, Praveen Kumar has bowled 420 overs. Off this 420 overs Praveen Kumar bowled 14 overs as maidens which is a great deal in T20 history.

2. Irfan Pathan:

One of the best all-rounders ever played for India, Irfan Pathan has appeared for 103 IPL matches. He is very well known for his explosive batting as well as amazing bowling performances. From 103 matches he has bowled a total of 340 overs and among this 10 were maidens.

3. Dhawal Kulkarni:

Indian cricketer Dhawal Kulkarni has played in a total of 90 IPL matches over ears. In this 90 matches, he bowled for a total of 291 overs and has taken a total of 80 wickets. He is the player with the third most number of maidens bowled in IPL history with a total of 8 maidens so far.

4. Lasith Malinga:

Sri Lankan pacer Lasith Malinga is one of the greatest cricketers ever played in IPL history. He tops the list of the players with most number of wickets in IPL. So far Malinga has played in a total of 122 IPL matches and has bowled a total of 471 overs. He has also taken 170 wickets. Off this 471 overs he bowled 8 overs as a maiden.

5. Sandeep Sharma:

Sandeep Sharma has played in a total of 88 IPL matches and has bowled a total of 327 overs. From these he has also taken a total of 103 wickets till date. With the amazing bowling performance of bowling 8 maiden overs, he is also the player with 5th most maiden overs in IPL history.
