Welcome to Gameweek 27 edition of Team of the Week Premier League. Epl GW27 was an absolute thriller with some fabulous games as Arsenal's 1-4 thrashing of Spurs and Liverpool winning at the death against Nottingham Forest away. Premier League Team of the Week - Gameweek 27
Goalkeeper
Dean Henderson (Crystal Palace)
Dean Henderson was excellent in Crystal Palace's 1-0 win over Wolves at home. The former Manchester United goalkeeper made a total of 5 saves and helped his team keep a clean sheet as well. He has been really impressive this season.
Defenders
Nico O'Reilly (Manchester City)
Nico O'Reilly has been fantastic in his new midfield position under Pep Guardiola, and Newcastle unfortunately had to suffer his brilliance as the English youngster scored a brace against Eddie Howe's side to help City earn all 3 points.
Virgil Van Dijk (Liverpool)
Van Dijk had a solid performance against Nottingham Forest, as Liverpool earned all 3 points after a very late goal. The Dutch centre back impressed for the Reds with his leadership and solid composure.
Ibrahima Konate (Liverpool)
Virgil Van Dijk's defensive partner Ibrahima Konate was equally fantastic in the game against Forrest. After a weak start to the season, Konate is slowly getting back to his best, and might even renew his contract with Liverpool soon.
Daniel Muñoz (Crystal Palace)
Daniel Muñoz has been one of the most productive defenders in the Premier League, having directly been involved in 5 goals. He was really impressive in defense in the 1-0 victory over Wolves.
Midfielders
Alexis Mac Allister (Liverpool)
Alexis Mac Allister was the hero for Liverpool against Forest, as he scored the winning goal at the very end in the 97th minute. The Argentine is slowly getting back to his best for Arne Slot's side.
Anton Stach (Leeds United)
Anton Stach has been one of the best players for Leeds United this season, and he might be one of the key reasons they survive relegation. He was brilliant against Villa, and even scored a goal as well.
Diego Gomez (Brighton)
Brighton's Diego Gomez scored one of the goals in their 0-2 victory over Brentford. The Paraguayan winger is still just 22 years old, and looks like the next player that the club could develop into a superstar.
Eberechi Eze (Tottenham Hotspur)
Eberechi Eze just loves to score against Tottenham. After scoring a Hat-trick against Spurs in their previous meeting, the English midfielder scored a brace this time in Arsenal's huge 1-4 win.
Forwards
Viktor Gyökeres (Arsenal)
Viktor Gyökeres was yet another Arsenal other than Eze who had a huge impact in the North London Derby. The former Sporting Lisbon striker scored 2 fantastic goals as Arsenal destroyed their rivals with ease.
Raúl Jiménez (Fulham)
Raúl Jiménez proved against Sunderland that he has still got it even at the age of 34, as the Mexican scored a wonderful brace to help Fulham earn a 1-3 victory. Class is permanent indeed.
