Spain Women are ready for the Women’s FIH Hockey World Cup 2026, as they have to prove their rise in the game once again. Belgium and the Netherlands are hosting this tournament from 15th August to 30th August 2026, while the complete Spanish team for the tournament was announced on 25th July 2026.
In the 2025 EuroHockey Championship, Spain Women finished in third place. While the champions Netherlands (as co-hosts) and runners-up Germany (runners-up 2023–24 Women's FIH Pro League after the Netherlands won the title) already secured their place for the World Cup, Spain Women earned the Women’s FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 spot from the continental tournament.
