On 16th December 2025 was the IPL Mini Auction for the year 2026. KKR went in with the most purse with 64.30 Crores. They needed 13 spots to fill and they brought the best possible options. KKR needed a specialist death overs bowler who could bowl yorkers at will. They also needed a top quality all rounder as a replacement for Andre Russell. KKR also very much needed a top order that would cause fear in the opposition. KKR also made some absolute steals including an Indian fast bowler. They are once again a Championship winning team.
