Strengths
The biggest strength of this team is the fast bowling as they have a lot of great fast bowling options who can bowl at over 140 and they have variety in their attack as well. Then their top order batting and the finishing is strong as well.
Weaknesses
The biggest weakness is the absence of Rassie Van Der Dussen who will be a big blow for South Africa and their middle order batting is also weak compared to the other batting options. Their spinners also are not that potent.
Opportunities
This South Africa team has a great opportunity to win the first ICC tournament for their nation and Temba Bavuma has the opportunity to lead this team and score runs and David Miller has the opportunity to strengthen the middle order which looks weak.
Threats
Their spin bowling options are not that strong so other teams can become a Threat for them and their middle order can be exploited by the good bowling attacks in the tournament. There are threats that this team has to be careful about.
