He reached the Round of 16 where he had to face Alex Di Minaur and he beat him 2-6, 6-4, 6-1 and 6-2. In the quarter final he beat his great friend Andrey Rublev in 3 sets by 6-4, 6-3 and 6-4 and in the semi final he took on the number 1 player in Carlos Alcaraz and he beat him in 4 sets by 7-6, 6-1, 3-6 and 6-3. He will be ready for the final.
