Chris Jericho made his WWE debut in 1999 and a year later he was trusted in this spot. This was a Long match but this was a technical masterclass in professional wrestling. This match had two WWE superstars whose careers were on the crossroads and they needed to have a Banger to have more years in the WWE. They went out there and smashed it. Chris Jericho was motivated in this match as he was doing moves that he would not do like the Liontamer submission.
