NXT Heatwave is yet another TV special that will be done by NXT next Tuesday and this will be like the NXT Gold Rush which was held earlier in the year. NXT is the best brand in WWE currently looking at the divisions and the amount of serious talent that is there. NXT Heatwave will be yet another chance for the NXT Superstars to show the world that they are the best In the world and there will be main roster WWE superstars as well to grace the show.
Let’s look at the matches set for NXT Heatwave and talk about the wrestlers in those Matches
Carmelo Hayes vs Wes Lee for the NXT Championship
This will be the main event of the show and this match was a long time in the making as both are the best North American Champions of all time and they both are 2 of the best Wrestlers in NXT. Wes Lee has worked hard to earn this opportunity and Shawn Michaels sees but Things for him and this match will be his biggest test yet and for Carmelo Hayes, this will be yet another opportunity to show the world why he is HIM. This will be an absolute banger and this should get 25 minutes.
Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio vs Lyra Valkaria and Dragon Lee
This is yet another big time match that will take place at this show and this match will have the star power that will drive ratings. Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio are the it couple in WWE and this will be the first time that they will be a tag team and Lyra Valkaria has a history with Rhea Ripley and Dragon Lee ,Dominik Mysterio like the rest of the WWE Universe. This match will be excellent and will be a big showing for both Lyra and Dragon Lee.

Nathan Frazier vs Noam Dar for Heritage Cup
The Heritage Cup has been one of the most prominently featured championships and that has been a great thing to see as the NXT UK and NXT Superstars who do not get the opportunity to wrestle that much and this includes the likes of Tyler Bate, Noam Dar and Nathan Frazier. Noam Dar is in a faction with 3 other people and Nathan Frazier is the loved face by the fans and this can be a barn burner as both are extremely talented in the ring and they need to make the most of their opportunities.
Trick Williams vs Ilja Dragunov
This has been a match that has been weeks in the build and the amazing thing is both are faces and are loved by the NXT fans. Ilja Dragunov is one of the best in the world and Trick Williams is starting to shine as a singles star and this is the breakout match for him and he needs to knock it out of the park to have a big future in WWE and Ilja Dragunov will help him as he has never had a bad match. Trick Williams will be beloved in the main roster.
Von Vagner vs Baron Corbin
This is the 5th match that will be on this card and it will be Von Vagner vs Baron Corbin. This is a Feud that was started this week and this match was added to fill out the card for the show next week. Baron Corbin is coming into his own in NXT and Von Vagner has character so this could be a good match but the majority of the WWE universe is not interested in this match.
