Roman Reigns' conversation with AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio has sparked speculation about a potential WWE and AAA crossover.
Roman Reigns is the biggest star in professional wrestling. He had the Match of the Year at WWE SummerSlam against Seth Rollins. They wrestled for 35 minutes, and it was a proper one-on-one match. Roman Reigns won the match clean, and he started the show. He also closed the show, talking to AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio.

Let’s look at the prospect of Roman Reigns working on AAA.

AAA Will Have the Biggest Match in Its History 

Roman Reigns and AAA in the same sentence feel like something that should not be possible. However, at the very end of the show, Roman Reigns was happy with the work that Jacob Fatu did by destroying Royce Keys. Roman Reigns was seen talking to AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio and WWE Hall of Famer. Rey Mysterio first asked whether he knew that he is the general manager of AAA and Roman Reigns. In his humor, he told him that he does now. Then Rey Mysterio asked whether he could run something by him.

AAA will have a few big shows coming up. AAA will have a World’s Collide show against WWE on 30th August, which will go head-to-head against AEW All In. The possibility of Roman Reigns working AAA is something that excites every wrestling fan. This is a huge opportunity for all the AAA wrestlers and all the Lucha wrestlers in WWE. WWE will do everything to make sure that they are the talking point on 30th August.

There is Penta that just lost the Intercontinental Championship, and the WWE fans are hoping that it would be Roman Reigns vs. Penta for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Rey Mysterio, being the general manager of AAA, will play a big role in this. Roman Reigns wouldn’t have paid this much attention and taken AAA seriously if Rey Mysterio wasn’t involved. This shows the decision by WWE to appoint Rey Mysterio as the General Manager is a masterstroke by WWE. AEW will be pissed that WWE once again is trying to sabotage their biggest night of the year. WrestleMania 43 will be in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and it is for sure that AEW will have a big stadium show in the United States. This Roman Reigns and AAA situation will help everyone.
