DIY vs Motor City Machine Guns in s 2 out of 3 falls for WWE Tag Team Championship
This is the first time that the tag team titles will be defended on a PPV since WrestleMania 40. There could not have been 2 better teams to represent the tag team division at such a big stage than the 2 best wrestlers tag teams in WWE. This will be a long match as both these teams can have one of the Matches of the year. DIY are the tag team champions and MCMG are the faces whom the crowd loves. DIY had a remarkable 2 out of 3 falls match at Takeover Chicago many years ago against The Revival. More than 65,000 fans will be loud for tag team wrestling. DIY will win the match and retain the tag team titles.
Cody Rhodes vs Kevin Owens in a Ladder Match for WWE Championship
This will be the second championship match that will take place at the Royal Rumble. This storyline has been executed perfectly. Kevin Owens is a heel that everyone hates because of his actions. Cody Rhodes is the ever lovable face that the fans love. Kevin Owens put Randy Orton out for 3 months. He gave a Pile driver to Cody Rhodes as well. This being a ladder match is perfect as weapons will be used and this will be a 25 minutes classic. Kevin Owens will try to give a Package Piledriver to Cody Rhodes from the ladder. Cody Rhodes will win this match and continue his Reign as the WWE Champion going into WrestleMania 41.
Women’s Royal Rumble Match
The Women’s Royal Rumble Match is turning 8 years old in 2025. This means that this match has become an important part of the show. There have not yet been any repeat Winners for the Women’s Royal Rumble. There have been 10 women announced so far in the Royal Rumble. Charlotte Flair, Iyo Sky, Bayley, Nia Jax and Liv Morgan are some of the names. There are 20 women unannounced and some of them will be surprises. Picking a winner is difficult as WWE can go in many directions. Charlotte Flair is the favourite and she will most likely win. Ever since Tiffany Stratton has become champion, this has become a stronger possibility. She has been out with an injury for over a year. Charlotte Flair will be the first 2 time Women’s Royal Rumble winner if she wins.
Men’s Royal Rumble Match
The 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble Match is one of the most star studded Royal Rumbles of all time. There is literally no favourite to win the match. Some of the names that have been announced so far for this match are John Cena, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Drew Mcintyre, Rey Mysterio, Sami Zayn, Logan Paul, Bron Breakker, Jey Uso. There will be a few surprises. Triple H can go in so many different directions. John Cena could win and go for title number 17. CM Punk could win and go to the main event of WrestleMania. Roman Reigns could win and fight for the title that he held for 4 years. It could be Jey Uso, Drew Mcintyre or Seth Rollins. However the one to win it all will be John Cena. WWE would want to give the fans what they want and John Cena would become only the second 3 time winner along with Stone Cold Steve Austin.
