The Rock should not win the Royal Rumble also because it would not be good for the morale of the locker room as the other WWE superstars might feel that only the outside big stars get to win the Royal Rumble match and thus they might lose motivation. The Rock should be in the match as a participant and boost the viewership of the Royal Rumble match and he should put someone over in the process and after that he can chase Roman Reigns for a match at WrestleMania 39.
The Rock should be used as a marquee attraction in the match to increase the excitement in the match and shock the people like is the case with the Royal Rumble match where there are lots of surprise entrants and The Rock should help unearth a new big star for the future of WWE.
